WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU
- An internal space on the ground floor that has easy close access to a place where we can unload the exhibition trailer. NB: The constructed exhibition has an overall dimension of 6m long x 3m wide x 2m high. In addition we will need one metre all round to help with construction.
- Access close by to a 13amp plug socket.
- Time with your staff to familiarise them with the workings of the exhibition before it is used.
We offer exhibition hire for a single day (any week day), a five day period (Monday to Friday), weekends and a two week block.

The hire cost is inclusive of delivery/construction/collection and the training of your staff in the exhibition operation. You will also be able to access learning materials online before the hire period starts. NB: As we operate as a charity the hire charges are mainly to cover delivery, construction and collection of the exhibition.
The exhibition will be constructed by members of our team. You should allow approximately two and half hours during which time we will instruct your staff in the operational procedures. Under normal circumstances we aim to have the exhibition open by 13:00 on the first day of hire. At the end of the exhibition our team will dismantle and pack for transportation.
We will require a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure your booking. We will then bill you for the balance at the same time we deliver the mobile exhibition to your site.
Our terms are for receipt of payment within four weeks of exhibition hire.
